ELCARO Inc. is not registered or licensed as an Investment Adviser under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, a Broker-Dealer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, a Commodity Trading Adviser under the Commodity Exchange Act, an FCA-authorized firm, a MiFID II investment firm, or a Money Services Business under FinCEN regulations. No fiduciary or advisory relationship is created.

SECTION 3. USER REPRESENTATIONS

By using the Services you represent that you are at least 18 years old, access the Services voluntarily, are capable of independently evaluating financial risk, and understand that financial markets involve substantial risk of loss.

3.7 No Reliance — You acknowledge that you do not rely on ELCARO or any Content when making financial decisions. All decisions are made solely based on your own independent judgment and research.

SECTION 4. COMPREHENSIVE RISK DISCLOSURE

Trading in financial markets involves substantial risk of loss, including total loss of capital. Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile. Risks include total loss of investment, leverage losses exceeding deposits, exchange failures, liquidity shortages, slippage, and technological failures. No algorithm can predict markets with certainty.

4.5 Access to the Services does not create any expectation of profit or financial return.

SECTION 5. NO TRADING SIGNALS

ELCARO does not provide trading signals. Any dates, market phases, or price zones referenced represent educational model outputs only.

SECTION 6. NO CUSTODY OF FUNDS

ELCARO will never accept user funds, manage assets, request cryptocurrency transfers, provide wallet addresses for investment purposes, or operate investment funds. Any communication requesting funds is fraudulent.

SECTION 7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ELCARO shall not be liable for any damages including financial losses, trading losses, lost profits, or business interruption. Maximum liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount paid to ELCARO in the previous 12 months or $100 USD.

SECTION 8. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using the Services you acknowledge that Content is educational only, assume full responsibility for all trading decisions, and waive claims against ELCARO for financial losses.

SECTION 9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ELCARO from any claims arising from your use of the Services or financial decisions made by you.

SECTION 10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration through the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Los Angeles County, California. Users waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits.

SECTION 11. NO WARRANTIES

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

SECTION 12. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS

Users are responsible for complying with laws applicable in their jurisdiction.

ELCARO may update this Disclaimer at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

SECTION 14. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions remain valid.
