Predicts future price direction using dominant cycle detection. Shows BUY/SELL dates on the calendar. The forecast — not a guarantee, but a probabilistic roadmap.

VOL — TRADING FILTER

Real-time volatility analysis with sigma zones, channel bands, and divergence detection. The filter that tells you WHEN to act and in which direction.

HSH — TREND TRAIL

Trend detection and trailing system. Identifies the dominant trend and provides dynamic support/resistance levels that follow price action.

Timeframe Hierarchy

ELCARO uses a multi-timeframe approach. The senior timeframe sets the DIRECTION, the junior timeframe provides ENTRY observations:

Trading Filter

The VOL module is your main decision-making tool. It generates real-time alerts based on volatility analysis, channel position, and statistical extremes.

Channel Bands

Upper Band

Indicator near or above the upper band = extreme stretch zone. The filter has extended too far up from center. Expect pullback or reversal. Statistical reversal zone.

Lower Band

Indicator near or below the lower band = extreme stretch zone. The filter has extended too far down from center. Expect bounce or reversal. Statistical reversal zone.

Center Line

The center line divides bullish and bearish territory. Indicator ABOVE center = bullish phase. BELOW center = bearish phase. Crossing the center is a trend change indication. Direction of crossing matters: crossing UP = bullish shift, crossing DOWN = bearish shift.

Channel Squeeze

Channel Narrowing = Explosive Move Ahead

When the channel bands squeeze (narrow toward center), it means volatility is compressing. This is a spring being loaded. The next time the indicator line crosses the center, expect a move to at least σ2 (95% probability zone) — in the direction of the crossing.

Narrower squeeze = stronger breakout

If one half of the channel (upper or lower) is compressed more than the other, the breakout will be more violent in that direction. Watch which side is squeezed tighter.

Divergences

Divergences are the most powerful observations in the ELCARO system. They show when price and indicator disagree — predicting reversals before they happen.

Regular Divergences

Regular divergences predict REVERSALS. Price makes new extreme, but indicator does not confirm it. Marked with crosses on the chart.

Sigma Zones σ

Sigma zones measure statistical extremes. Based on standard deviation (σ), they show how far price has deviated from the mean. The further out — the higher the probability of reversal.

How Sigma Works

Sigma (σ) is standard deviation — a statistical measure of how far a value is from average. In trading, when price reaches σ2 or σ3, it means the move is statistically extreme and a reversal becomes highly probable.

Zone Confluence

When multiple independent factors align at the same price level and time, ELCARO detects a ZONE — the highest probability reversal area. This is where math meets timing.

This is the rarest and most powerful confluence zone. When forecast date + divergence + sigma + engine confluence + trend all point the same way, the probability of a reversal is at its highest. Maximum confluence zone.

STRONG ZONE

3 factors aligned simultaneously

A solid confluence. Not as rare as MAXIMUM, but still a high-probability setup. Good for initial entries and first cascade adds. Wait for the missing factors or proceed with reduced size.

How Zone Detection Works in Practice

1. RADAR continuously monitors all 5 factors for your selected asset and timeframe

2. When 3+ factors align, it fires a ZONE alert with confidence level (1-5 bars)

3. You open your first cascade position at σ1, add at σ2 if price continues against you, maximum add at σ3

4. Exit only when the higher timeframe trend changes (MTF Trend Filter) — NOT at a fixed price level

Market Correlation

ELCARO monitors 4 key market indicators simultaneously to detect the current market regime. Together they tell you exactly what's happening and what's coming.

BTC

Bitcoin price action — the leader of the crypto market. When BTC moves, everything follows. BTC divergences on senior timeframes (1W, 1M) predict major trend changes.

BTC.D

Bitcoin Dominance — percentage of total crypto market cap that belongs to BTC. BTC.D rising = money flows to BTC, altcoins suffer. BTC.D falling = money flows to altcoins.

USDT.D

USDT Dominance — percentage of market cap in stablecoins. USDT.D rising = people selling crypto for cash = BEARISH. USDT.D falling = people buying crypto with cash = BULLISH.

BVIV

Bitcoin Implied Volatility — measures expected price movement. BVIV rising = big move incoming (direction unknown). We track only BULLISH BVIV observations: bullish divergences, lower band exit, center cross up = volatility expansion ahead.

MTF Trend Filter — The Only 'Stop' in ELCARO

Trend Change = Exit Indication

ELCARO does NOT use traditional stop-losses (fixed price levels). The only reason to close a position is when the higher timeframe trend changes direction. This is the HSH (Trend Trail) module's primary function — it detects when the dominant trend on the senior timeframe has shifted.

Why No Stop-Losses?

Traditional stop-losses get hunted by market makers. Fixed price levels are visible to exchanges and large players who deliberately push price through stop clusters before reversing. ELCARO's approach is fundamentally different: instead of exiting at a fixed loss level, we add to the position at sigma zones (cascade averaging) and only exit when the actual trend structure breaks — something that cannot be faked with a single wick.
